(If you are interested in NSFW, check @ARK_POLARIS_ on X)Even if there are some of the things that I personally won't draw, maybe there are other things, such as suggestive themes, so feel free to ask me anything.Commission's OrderThe order I will take on every commission is by arrival order; basically, if someone has already ordered a commission and you order one, you'll have to wait until I finish the first one.Or you can pay 15% more and get it as soon as possible.Rejecting the commissionI'm in the right of canceling the commission if:— The customer is being rude, impolite, or insistent. I have feelings and a life behind being an artist.
— I'm not feeling comfortable with the character or proposal.
— Something had happened to me (justified problems).The same I could say with freezing the progress of a commission.

¡ TERMS OF USE !

Author RightsThe following drawing's rights of the drawings that you're commissioning are reserved for me.I have the right to use the image of the commission if the customer doesn't say “no” to it.
Make sure to tell me before paying.If you don't want your art to be published by me or be used for commercial purposes, you will have to pay an additional 50% of the original price to compensate.This is because I cannot get the full value of the artwork itself, since I can't publish it to promote my art more.Use RightsAs a personal use, you can do anything, like showing it in your profile photo; MEANWHILE, you don't generate any kind of money or benefit from it.Be sure to credit me.

¡ WORK TERMS !

Work orderThis would be the following order:
1. Concept/sketch of the commission
2. Detailing (Lineart / Color / Shading of the drawing)
3. Finished piece.What are you going to receive?You'll receive the polished and full-quality commission via Gmail or Telegram Archive.
Plus, you will have the full artwork without my signature, for personal use only.Will I be able to make changes in the process?Yes!
I do my best to make sure the customer is satisfied with the art.I can accept small and big changes when it comes to STEP 1 (Concept / Sketch), and small changes on STEP 2 (Lineart / Color / Shading).On the other hand, I will be charging money for changes that require me to go back in the process or if the customer is being insistent or not cooperating with the drawing itself.Time that it will takeIt depends on how detailed the commission is and my own free time; still, you're guaranteed to receive a WIP picture each time I work enough on your commission.

¡ PAYMENT TERMS !

Payment WaysOnly PayPal, please.We can also discuss exchange possibilities, such as trading the commission for something of the same monetary value.When is the payment done?The payment of the commission can be dealt with in ONLY 2 possible ways:— 50% / 50%: The payment can be done by adding the first half before starting the commission and the second half when the commission is already finished, before showing it.
— 100%: Just by paying all the money, you can be calm about not to worry about the payment.I'm not willing to work if there is no money upfront.

¡ REFUND TERMS !

You can get a full refund only if I haven't finished the STEP 1 (Concept / Sketch).After that, you will be able to obtain a 50% partial refund if you didn't liked the process or you really want to abort the project.
